Where Children Become Family

Brit's Home isn't an orphanage in the traditional sense. It's a family. One caregiver for every five children. 19 sets of siblings kept together. Connections to living relatives maintained and encouraged.

Inside these walls, children don't just survive—they thrive. They receive education at Brit's Academy, medical care at Brit's Clinic, and something harder to measure: the knowledge that they belong.

The building was designed with intention. The B-shape honors Britney. The construction standards protect against earthquakes. The layout creates community. Every detail serves the children who call it home.

The Operations Center in Worcester

The OC

Named for one of Britney's favorite TV shows, Be Like Brit's Operations Center—"The OC"—is where the U.S. side of our mission comes together.

What started at the Gengel family's kitchen table is now a fully equipped office: four offices, a volunteer room, conference space, and a 1,100-square-foot warehouse for donated items.

This is where we coordinate with Brit's Home in Haiti, collaborate with volunteers, connect with donors, and keep Britney's compassion alive every day.
