Arrived at age 5. Now studying business administration with dreams of starting his own company.
UniversityMost orphanages stop at the door. We walk them through it — and stay by their side as they build independent, successful lives.
The age everything changes
We don't just raise children. We launch adults.
In most orphanages around the world, children "age out" at 18 with nothing. No job. No housing. No family. No skills. Studies show that 80% of aged-out orphans end up homeless, incarcerated, or trafficked within two years.
We refuse to let that happen to our children.
We prepare our children for independence years before they turn 18 — and we stay connected long after.
Transition preparation begins at age 14, not 17. We have years to teach life skills, build confidence, and help each child discover their path.
Every child gets a personalized transition plan based on their interests, abilities, and goals. Some will become doctors. Others will be electricians.
We don't push children out at midnight on their 18th birthday. The transition is gradual — more responsibility, more freedom over time.
Our alumni are family forever. We provide ongoing mentorship, emergency support, and a place to come home to. Always.
Every child learns the practical skills they'll need to thrive on their own.
Budgeting, saving, banking, and avoiding debt.
Meal planning, grocery shopping, food preparation.
Cleaning, laundry, basic repairs, home maintenance.
Resume writing, interview skills, professionalism.
Medical care, mental health, healthy habits.
Legal documents, voting, navigating systems.
A gradual, supported path to successful adulthood.
Career exploration through job shadowing, aptitude assessments. Life skills training begins.
Individual transition plans created. Increased responsibilities, budget management, internships.
High school graduation or university start. Semi-independent living with continued support.
Continued education or career development. Regular check-ins and emergency assistance available.
Lifetime connection. Many return to mentor younger children.
